Community Services Manager Immediate opening for a Community Services Manager to work in the home office in San Diego. Requires solid background/experience in asset or property management (at regional level) of apartment properties. Must be very familiar with computer technologies used in the apartment industry, property operations, and financial and other reports needed to operate communities effectively. Responsibilities include company-wide vendor negotiations, policy development, interfacing with property accounting, in-depth assessments of industry trends and innovations, as well as ability to implement new programs.
