Community Manager
A critical leadership position with a broad range of responsibilities. With direction and support of a Regional Portfolio Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for overall community performance. Duties include staffing, resident relations, budget compliance, and generally maintaining and enhancing the value of the community.
Business Manager
Assists the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community. Prepares and maintains resident files, prepares community reports, assists in leasing apartments and providing service to current residents.
Assistant Manager
Assists the Community Manager and Business Manager with general operations of the community. Responsible for leasing apartments, including showing models and common areas, explaining the benefits of the community, handling lease paperwork, and coordinating the "move-in." Provides on-going assistance to residents after move-in.
Maintenance Services Director
Performs a variety of duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community. In addition to performing hands-on maintenance duties, responsibilities include training and directing the work of maintenance staff. Ensures that maintenance work is performed in the safest possible manner and that the community is maintained properly.
Assistant Maintenance Director
Assists the Maintenance Director in all aspects of maintenance operations. Performs a variety of duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community. In addition to performing hands-on maintenance duties, responsibilities include supervising the maintenance staff in the director's absence. Ensures that maintenance work is performed in the safest possible manner and to ConAm's standards.
Maintenance Technician
Performs a variety of maintenance activities, including the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents, responding to work orders in occupied apartments, and maintaining the community as a whole. Specific duties include electrical troubleshooting and repairs, lock installation and repair, plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, appliance installation and repairs, and tile repair.
Housekeeper
Provides new residents with clean apartments upon move-in and maintains common area facilities. Makes sure model apartments, clubhouse, leasing office and entry ways are always clean and presentable.
Activities Director
Activities Director to provide a kids program at a family apartment community. This includes a summer and after school program.
Greeter/Cabana Attendant
The Cabana Attendant position is a great opportunity to provide residents with warm, welcoming, and clean commons area and facilities. The Attendant will be responsible for welcoming residents, light cleaning duties, answer questions, and assist with resident events as needed
Groundskeeper
Maintains the physical appearance of the community's grounds, including lawns, parking areas, and common area facilities.
Painter
Painting and wall repair work in vacant apartments in preparation for new residents. Exterior painting of community common areas, as needed.
Courtesy Patrol
Patrols community and community grounds in order to assist in protecting the assets of the community, to report any illegal or suspicious activities, and to provide assistance to residents and their guests.
