Mr. Mahoney joined ConAm in 2007 and directs ConAm’s Development Group, including site acquisition, project feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, design development, permitting and construction activities.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Mahoney served as project manager for American Property Enterprises where he oversaw acquisition, construction, property management, marketing, and sales of condominium conversions, as well as overseeing the entitlement process for mixed-use urban infill projects. From 1999 to 2001 he worked for the commercial general contractor Nielsen Dillingham as a project engineer/manager where he worked in estimating, scheduling, and ultimately oversaw the construction of a $17M veterinary hospital.

Mr. Mahoney holds a masters degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, and received his bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Mr. Mahoney is also a licensed California real estate broker.
