Ms. Leonard oversees the daily operations of the Property Accounting Department. In addition to processing all accounts payable, including property taxes and monthly debt services, the department maintains the general ledgers, balance sheets and bank accounts for ConAm’s management portfolio.

Ms. Leonard is also responsible for the set up and ongoing maintenance of property information within the corporate accounting system. Her duties include financial reporting and client relations.

Ms. Leonard has been with ConAm for twenty-three years. During her tenure with the company she has held numerous accounting-related positions including construction accounts payable processor, payroll manager, property staff accountant and property staff accounting manager. She has served as the property controller since 1994.
