Meet our Regional Team
ConAm has been a property management leader in the Pacific Northwest area for more than fifteen years. Today, the regional office manages 26 assets with approximately 3,500 multifamily units from Everett to Olympia and continues to grow. The portfolio includes, garden-style, mid-rise, new construction and mixed-use developments.
The regional office is located in Renton, Washington and has 13 regional associates offering expertise in management, marketing, training, facility management and renovations
Approximately 120 community associates oversee the operations of the communities in Washington. There is great pride in knowing that a large majority of them have been with ConAm for several years.
The results of the 2009 resident survey are in, and we are excited to announce that 4 out of 5 residents would refer ConAm Washington communities to their friends or family! The results show that our residents love their living experience at ConAm communities!
The Washington team gathered for a kick off to 2010 in January. We are excited about having a productive and successful year.
