Allison Owen

Allison Owen joined CONAM in February 2020. With over twenty years of experience leading diverse teams through organizational change, restructuring and growth, Allison brings a service-oriented approach to Human Resources. Allison’s previous experience with the InterContinental Hotel Group, Loews Hotels and Wyndham Hotels, leading people and culture, tie directly into CONAM’s mission of providing Excellence in every aspect of our business. Allison is a San Diego, CA, native who received her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, and her master’s degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA.​
