Carmen Suggs

Carmen Suggs partners with all associates in the Southwest markets for operational success. Carmen brings over 20 years of industry knowledge with a focus on training and mentoring employees for higher asset performance. With experience in formal education methodology, daily on-site operations, new construction, acquisitions and dispositions, Carmen has a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and is dedicated to exceeding owner expectations. Prior to joining CONAM, Carmen was the Vice President of Operations for Gaines Investment Trust; Vice President of Property Management for Sherman Residential as well as tenure with both Camden Property Trust and Lincoln Property Company. Carmen graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She holds an ARM® Designation, is a CPM® Candidate with IREM and is a licensed Relator in Arizona and Nevada.​
