Chris Schade

Chris Schade joined CONAM in 2022 and serves as a Development Associate. He is responsible for analyzing new development opportunities, as well as managing project activities through all stages of the development process.

Prior to CONAM, Chris was a member of the acquisitions team at Ziff Real Estate Partners. In his role at Ziff, Chris was involved in various development projects including retail, self-storage, and flex industrial. Chris began his career at Goldman Sachs in New York specializing in high yield and distressed corporate loans.

Chris holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce in 2015.
