David Beckstead

David Beckstead joined CONAM in 2025 as Director of Operational Support & Education. In this role, he is responsible for CONAM’s educational platform and protocols, the internal Quality Control team, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and cross-departmental collaboration on internal processes and projects.

Mr. Beckstead brings over ten years of multifamily experience to CONAM, with a focus on training, support, and product implementation. Most recently, he served as a Research & Development Manager at Greystar, leading integration projects for the company’s third-party clients. Prior to Greystar, Mr. Beckstead held a position at Irvine Company.
