Grace Austin

Ms. Austin’s responsibilities include profitable operation of all apartment communities and lease-up properties in the portfolio consisting of 6,400 affordable units, while ensuring excellent customer service and responsible asset preservation, as well as leadership in oversight of a team of Regional Portfolio Managers. Prior to joining CONAM in 2010, Ms. Austin worked at Riverstone Residential in the capacity of Regional Portfolio Manager where she oversaw operations of a conventional portfolio, including lease-up properties, acquisitions, and asset repositioning in Los Angeles and surrounding environs. Ms. Austin brings 22 years of multi-family industry experience to the team and is licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate.​
