Guido Chiappa

Guido Chiappa joined CONAM in 2023 and holds a position of Asset Manager. He oversees a regional portfolio of owned multifamily investments. He is responsible for property oversight including budget management, investor reporting, strategic direction, and business plan execution throughout the life cycle of each asset.

Prior to CONAM, Mr. Chiappa was a VP at Archway Capital responsible for originations, structured finance, and debt asset management for Archway’s family of commercial real estate debt funds and was instrumental in growing the portfolio from launch to over $350MM in AUM. He previously worked at La Jolla Cove Investors as an NPL investor and asset manager focused on land investments throughout the western USA. Mr. Chiappa has a diverse background in real estate finance, management, and construction.

Mr. Chiappa is originally from a small town near Milan, Italy where most of his family still resides. He holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
