Johanna Gillespie

Johanna, began her multifamily career in 1995, oversees support of CONAM’s national education program. Johanna is a dedicated and thoughtful leader whose expertise in training program development, operational support, fair housing, and best practices in the field of multifamily management is well respected. Johanna joined CONAM after serving nine years as Senior Director of Training and Development at FPI Management. While in this position, Johanna developed and implemented the training and development program and was the key driver for establishing policy and procedure standardization. She has other multi-faceted industry experience, including management of a mixed portfolio of conventional and affordable housing communities, acquisition, rehabilitation, lease-ups, and regulatory compliance. Johanna attended Sierra College, where she studied business administration.
