Michael Cato

Mr. Cato is a Harvard and Duke educated finance and real estate attorney, he focuses on all aspects of investing in and managing multi-family housing.​

Mr. Cato found his calling early, closing real estate deals as an intern at the Harvard Legal Services Center. He honed his craft at the international law firms Latham & Watkins and Sheppard Mullin. Before joining The CONAM Group, Michael was a partner in the commercial real estate firm Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3).​
