Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside’s housing programs.  We maintain waiting lists for our housing programs according to Federal housing laws. Our online pre-registration form is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting lists.

You must complete the entire form for the registration to be valid. The registration must be fully completed and cannot be saved and finished later.

Before you begin the registration, you must have the names, dates of birth, and Social Security Number available for the Head of Household and Spouse/Co-head. You should also know the amount of gross income (before any deductions) for all household members. All U.S. Citizens and those with eligible immigration status are REQUIRED to enter a valid SSN on Section 3: Household Members.

You MUST have a valid SSN and use that number to register. If you do not have a valid SSN because you are a non-citizen or do not have eligible immigration status, click the following link: Register Online with No SSN. This link is only to be used if you do not have a valid SSN.

Completing the Registration:
As you complete the registration form, look for the following symbol:

Important: To move from one step of the form to another, you must use only the buttons at the bottom of the screen. (The Begin button is below. Other steps have Next, Back, Confirm, and/or Submit buttons at the bottom that allow you to go forward and back within the form.) Using ANY OTHER option, including right-clicking with your mouse and selecting Back or Forward, will cause an error and may force you to begin a new registration.
